Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Analyses market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and technological advancements.
4. Sales contract Negotiation:
Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and approve contractual agreements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage
Proven experience in chemical sales, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years.
Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel as needed
