This Vacancy is for one of our Clients, a leading adhesive manufacturing company with a rich history spanning over four decades.It is into manufacturing and supplying of Adhesives since the year 1972,manufactures more than 20,000 MT of adhesives per annum and export to Middle-east, Africa and Indian sub-continent. 

Job Overview : 

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to spearhead sales & collections of Rubber based Adhesives in the assigned geographies. The prospective candidate, if appointed, will target industries of foam, mattresses, sofa, footwear etc for increasing the market share of our products.

Job Description : 

• Follow Annual goals and objectives for self and team set by the company.
• Supervising Distributors on a day to day basis, Conducting accompaniment calls, guiding the distributors to ensure strategy alignment and act as their enablers. Demonstrate by doing.
• Travelling the entire state to develop new markets.
• Executive effective Distribution, communication strategy.
• Planning and achieving Sales Targets.

Desired Education : Bachelors or Masters Degree , preferably in Sales or Marketing field

 Desired Skill set : 

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good business sense
• The ability to motivate and lead a team
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and ‘people skills’

Desired Experience : Minimum 3-4 years experience in Footwear, Laminates, Foam & Furniture Industry

Salary Range & Other benefits : 8 lakhs to 10 lakhs Per Annum
