Job Description:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Executive for domestic solar rooftop systems, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales by engaging with potential customers directly at their homes. You will be educating them on the benefits of solar energy, understanding their energy needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them reduce electricity costs and contribute to a sustainable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Visit residential areas, knock on doors, and introduce the benefits of solar rooftop systems to homeowners.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the solar products, including technical aspects, cost savings, and environmental impact.
- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering customized solar solutions.
- Reporting: Maintain records of daily visits, customer interactions, and sales status, and report progress to the sales manager.
- Customer Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers, guiding them through the entire sales process from consultation to installation.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed sales.
- Market Feedback: Provide feedback on customer behavior, market trends, and potential areas of improvement for the sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, especially door-to-door or direct sales (experience in solar industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and provide convincing solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
