Job Description

·       Identify potential alliance partners through market research, networking, and industry events.

·       Understand DiLytics partner companies' products, services, and strategies.

·       Align our strategies, products, and offerings with partner goals.

·       Ensure compliance with partnership guidelines and commitments.

·       Act as main point of contact for partner relationships.

·       Negotiate and execute partnerships and collaboration agreements

·       Build and nurture relationships with key partner stakeholders.

·       Proactively drive activities within channel partners that directly result in generation of pipeline and revenue.

·       Own Partnerships, drive partnership growth internally in DiLytics and maximize the benefits to the fullest from Partnerships.

·       Develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans.

·       Provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.

·       Working with cross-functional teams to ensure that partnerships are aligned with the overall business strategy.

·       Ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.

·       Facilitate communication between our organization and partners.

·       Track and analyze partnership performance metrics.

·       Create regular reports and presentations for executives.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership/alliance management role ideally in B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales and alliance management, preferably in the IT.
  • Strong knowledge of technology/software industry, especially Analytics & Business Intelligence area.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset; ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings/events.
