Roles & Responsibilities:

● Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and campaigns that directly affect each client

● Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well

● Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction, Proper email Communication and writing to document the conversation

● Proper follow ups and relationship building with each client and their SPOC ● Become the reliable point of contact for each client that is required to establish a strong business relationship Requirements:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required

● 2+ years’ experience in customer service role

● Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines

● Strong communication skills required

● Strong Interpersonal skills and Email etiquette.
