Job brief -

We are looking for a Senior HR with hands on experience with payroll and employee engagement.

Responsibilities -

 Coordinate with team in on-boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated

 Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

 Run Payroll process and compliance.

 Coordinate with Employee Performance Review.

 Develop, execute, and evaluate an internal communications strategy, ensuring that business goals, initiatives and organisational/people news are communicated regularly and effectively

 Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees

 Build and foster relationships across business functions and locations to ensure employees are engaged and informed no matter where they are based

Requirements -

 Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

 Proven work experience as a Senior HR or similar role

 Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)

 Solid understanding of labour legislation

 Leadership skills

 Ability to foster healthy employee relations

 Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information

Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong decision-making skills

 MBA in Human Resources Management or similar Certification.
