- Cold calling to generate leads.
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Researching prospects and generating leads.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Profile at our various office locations in India. The Business Development Executive at Artis is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is pivotal in supporting company's strategic objectives and expanding its presence in the corporate, institutional, and B2B market.
KRA
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients and understand the competitive landscape. Generate reports on market trends, potential leads, and industry changes.
Client Acquisition:
Engage with potential clients to establish relationships and secure business deals. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Revenue Generation:
Directly contribute to achieving sales targets through effective business development strategies. Close deals and monitor client accounts to ensure revenue generation.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Regular follow-ups, handling client queries, and resolving issues.
Strategic Planning:
Work with the Business Development team to develop strategies that align with the company’s growth goals. Participate in strategy sessions and contribute ideas.
Desired Skills
Strong in Cold calling, LinkedIn and other Digital medium for Lead generation.
Must be aggressive with can-do attitude for generating the business.
Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT& Project).
Must have multi-domain experience for handling different products.
Strong in organizing, planning, controlling and executing the projects.
Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined and financial focused with the ability to work in demanding targets.
Must be excellent in communication, Teamwork and Interpersonal relationships.
Must be excellent in balancing the professional and personal life.
