SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

  • Management of social media channels.
  • Creating brand awareness by developing engaging, creative and innovative content for regular posting, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Structuring behavioral aspect of potential customers.
  • Set account targets.
  • Regularly monitoring the competitor social media sites and creating analysis report.
  • Tracking relevant social media influencers for various brands to enhance overall brand reputation and to extend the reach through influencer channels
  • Keep up to date with any social media trends.
  • Assist with social media performance report.
  • Train/assist social media team members.
  • Planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic, engagement & Leads.
  • Responding to any mentions over social media.
  • Creating and promoting company blogs.
  • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
  • Assist with the general day to day administrative tasks.
  • Should have the ability to self-motivate and motivate the team members.
  • Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
  • Co-ordination with other team members and departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with ad-campaigns, product releases and other brand messages.
  • Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable and effective at prompting readers to take action.
  • Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
  • Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our list.
  • Discussing and reporting the daily, pending and completed tasks to your reporting head.
  • Proactively identifying and providing recommendations on the performance of the content and their engagement.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites
  • Search Engine Optimization.
  • Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
  • Design Creative Social Media plans, that will help increase followers, likes and also keep the users engaged on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Keep a track on social media key stats, recent hashtags and mentions.
  • Social Media Channel optimization and audit.
  • Planning the content for different brands.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
  • In depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
  • Overcome the challenges like insufficient website traffic, declining customer retention, slow sales, weak brand awareness and so on.
  • Working proactively with passion and patience, creative thinking and strategic mind to be smooth in this particular role.
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Oversee all aspects of social media marketing, communication and engagement.
  • Lead productive brainstorms that bring out the teammates’ best ideas.
  • Editing, writing, consulting, communication and presentation skills.
