Job Responsibilities:
1. Determine the message that the design should convey.
2. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in motion graphics and video editing.
4. Create and develop stunning video ads for social media, marketing, and promotional campaigns.
5. Generate creative ideas and designs for marketing and promotional purposes.
6. Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas effectively.
7. Exhibit expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator/CorelDRAW, InDesign.
8. Possess excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
9. Design for digital media, including social media and website creatives.
10. Design graphics and elements for websites.
11. Produce images that identify a product or convey a message.
12. Incorporate changes recommended by clients into the final design.
13. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
14. Collaborate effectively within a team, including copywriters, designers, digital team members, and executives.
15. Work on various video formats, such as video ads for digital marketing, product launch videos, social media content, and more.
16. Utilize experience in masking, editing, and typography.
17. Create video content using original and repurposed footage.
18. Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video design and editing.
19. Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and adhere to brand guidelines.
20. Conduct competitive analysis and create content according to the latest market trends.
21. Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in graphic designing and video editing.
2. Demonstrate creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
3. Have the ability to design engaging creatives and effectively communicate and present ideas.
4. Stay up to date with industry-leading software and technologies, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
5. Exhibit a high level of proficiency in all design aspects.
6. Approach work with professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines.
7. Engage in deriving and designing digital campaigns.
8. Take responsibility for creating visual concepts and video editing for online collateral.
9. Showcase demonstrable graphic designing and video editing skills with a strong portfolio
