Job Description


Notice Period:- Immediate Joiner.

Location: PAN GUJARAT

Experience: 0-2 years

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field


Responsibilities for B2B business development: ( School, College, Coaching, PG, etc )


§  Generate leads from a database and other sources

§  Conduct cold calls and book appointments with potential clients

§  Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs

§  Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets

§  Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

§  Participate in networking events and conferences to promote the company

§  Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients

§  Negotiate and finalize proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients

§  Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

§  Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.


Responsibilities for B2C business development: ( Students )

§  Generate leads by conducting seminars at schools, coaching centers, colleges or connecting with influencers.

§  Connect with potential customers, including parents, through phone calls, emails, and social media.

§  Provide counseling and problem-solving related to career choices, courses, and colleges.

§  Guide customers, including parents, through the admission process.

§  Upsell other products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
