COUNSELLOR 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

§ Understanding the services offered by the Company. 

§ Using a Sales script to handle the client efficiently. 

§ Calling New & Existing Clients and counsel them about the program. 

§ Updating the database with all client information. 

§ Minimum Talk time with clients should be 150 minutes/day 

§ Building a strong relationship with new and existing clients. 

§ Providing excellent customer service to the clients. 

§ Consistently meet the Targets

§ Must have strong interpersonal & Communication skills.
