Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Digital Leap Marketing. As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and generating leads to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This is a mid-level position, requiring 2 to 6 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Mohali, Punjab, India, and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in business development in the digital marketing industry especially in SEO.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
  • Present our digital marketing services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized digital marketing strategies for clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
