Job Overview

We are looking for a Placement Officer to join our team at Digiperform. As a Placement Officer, you will be responsible for connecting our students and alumni with job opportunities in the field of Digital Marketing. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a placement or similar role
• Knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry and various job roles within it
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to source and curate job opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in client management and coordination
• Experience in conducting career counseling sessions and interview preparation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Smart and proactive approach to problem-solving

Roles and Responsibilities

• Connect and collaborate with companies to understand their hiring requirements in the field of Digital Marketing
• Source and curate job opportunities for our students and alumni
• Conduct career counseling sessions and assist students in identifying their career goals
• Coordinate with the training team to align the curriculum with industry requirements
• Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for interviews
• Build and maintain relationships with companies to ensure smooth placement processes
• Track and report on placement metrics to measure the effectiveness of the placement program
