Retail Partner Development

  • Skyvue Fenestration prides itself in having the leading businesses as their retail partners across regions. E.g. Panchkula, Mohali, Karnal, Delhi etc.
  • As a key account manager, you shall act as a single point of contact between the partner and Skyvue.
  • Handle partner growth and development
  • Ensure availability & development of marketing tools
  • Handle, track and close partner leads and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify new markets and partners for growth of business


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests they may have.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.


Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, design, and production to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements and specifications.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within budget and according to client expectations.


Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the quality of products and services delivered to clients meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • Address any quality issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.


Problem Resolution:

  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with internal teams to investigate the root cause of problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Analyze client feedback and market data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.


Sales Support:

  • Provide support to the sales team by assisting with client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute insights from client interactions to refine sales strategies.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, project status, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
  • Present reports to senior management to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.


Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to address any issues that may arise.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.


Training and Development:

  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members involved in client sales.
  • Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills through training programs, workshops, and industry certifications.


Compliance and Ethics:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Uphold ethical standards in all client interactions and business dealings.


Requirement Must:

Educational

  • Must be a graduate, preferably a post graduate
  • Candidates with civil/mechanical engineering backgrounds shall be preferred.


Skills

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong computer and IT related skills
  • Must have strong inter personal skills


Experience

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience dealing with premium products categories of HNI clients
  • Candidates from building materials sector will be preferred
