Holiday Concepts, a leading B2B travel wholesaler, is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining relationships with key travel agents and partners in the regions of Haryana, Delhi, Jaipur, Punjab, and Tricity. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and manage relationships with travel agents and partners across the designated regions.


Promote Holiday Concepts’ hotel and destination management services.


Generate sales by introducing new travel agents to the company’s offerings and maintaining engagement with existing partners.


Ensure the achievement of sales targets for the assigned regions.


Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.


Act as a point of contact for travel agents, addressing queries and providing product knowledge.


Regularly meet with agents, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.


Represent the company at industry events, roadshows, and exhibitions to build brand presence.


Collaborate with the internal operations and contracting teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to partners.


Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.


2+ years of experience in sales within the travel or hospitality industry.


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Knowledge of domestic travel markets, especially in the regions of Haryana, Delhi, Jaipur, Punjab, and Tricity.


Proven track record in achieving sales targets.


Ability to travel frequently within the assigned regions.


Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.


Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
