We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in helping us create visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of projects, both in print and digital formats. Your ability to combine artistic talent with technical skills will be essential in delivering compelling visuals that align with our brand and messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop eye-catching and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, posters, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency, adhering to established guidelines, colors, and typography.
• Conceptualization: Collaborate with team members and clients to conceptualize and create design concepts that effectively convey the desired message.
• Layout and Composition: Use your design skills to create aesthetically pleasing layouts and compositions for both print and digital media.
• Image Editing: Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance their visual impact.
• Typography: Select appropriate fonts and ensure legibility while enhancing the overall design.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Deadline Management: Manage your workload and adhere to project deadlines to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Feedback Incorporation: Be open to feedback and willing to make revisions based on input from team members and clients.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve your design skills and stay current in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
