Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Calling Voice Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to engage effectively with US-based clients. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Engage with prospects to understand their IT needs and present appropriate solutions.
2. Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and questioning.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to further discuss potential opportunities.
3. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provide detailed information about our IT services and address any questions or concerns.
4. Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Update the CRM system with accurate information about client interactions and leads.
5. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, lead generation, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of [1] years of experience in a voice process role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a calling process.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools.
