We are seeking an experienced Senior Sitecore Developer with a strong background in Sitecore CMS and expertise in Sitecore Headless solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Sitecore-based applications while also contributing to the successful implementation of Sitecore Headless projects.

Responsibilities:

Sitecore Development:

• Design and implement scalable and high-performance Sitecore solutions.
• Customize and extend the functionality of the Sitecore platform based on project requirements.
• Ensure the optimal performance and security of Sitecore applications.

Sitecore Headless Development:

• Architect and develop Sitecore Headless solutions to meet project goals.
• Implement headless APIs and integrate them with frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with headless architectures.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.
• Stay updated on the latest Sitecore and headless development trends.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
• Implement and promote automated testing practices to ensure the reliability of Sitecore applications.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for Sitecore solutions and headless architectures.
• Document code, architecture, and development processes to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Problem Solving:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Sitecore applications and headless implementations.
• Implement solutions for performance optimization and scalability.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay informed about the latest Sitecore and headless development technologies and trends.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of development practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Senior Sitecore Developer with a focus on Sitecore Headless.
3. Strong proficiency in Sitecore CMS and experience with Sitecore Headless architecture.
4. Proficient in C# and .NET development.
5. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and other headless communication protocols.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Optional Skills:

Good to have experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

1. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
2. Sitecore certifications.
