As a Senior DevOps Specialist, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust DevOps pipelines and infrastructure to support continuous integration, deployment, and delivery (CI/CD) for our software development projects. You will be responsible for streamlining development workflows, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud-based environments. Your expertise in DevOps best practices and automation tools will be instrumental in accelerating our software delivery processes and driving innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, deployment, and release processes across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define CI/CD workflows, integrate automation tools, and establish best practices for code versioning, configuration management, and release management.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) templates using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to provision, configure, and manage cloud resources and services on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Optimize system architecture, resource utilization, and cost efficiency through continuous analysis, performance tuning, and capacity planning of cloud-based infrastructure and services.
• Automate routine operational tasks and administrative workflows using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior DevOps engineers and team members, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and infrastructure automation, and evaluate their potential impact on our systems and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Azure Cloud Architect and DevOps Specialist
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Experience in Azure PaaS services like Networks,Storage,Apps
• Experience in Azure Services Functions,containers,AKS,Logic Apps,Service Bus,Event Grid,API Management
• Experience in Enterprise Integration Technologies such as Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus
• Experience in SAML, OAuth,OIDC,MFA and RBAC
• Experience in healthcare or insurance industry is highly desirable
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates or Terraform
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python,etc.)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• Experience with Azure Governance and Best Practices (RBAC, Networking Architectures, Cost Management controls etc.)
• Understands setting up Monitoring and diagnostics on Azure for a web application.
