Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, welcoming guests and providing administrative support across the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field preferred, minimum of 1 year required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with visitors and staff members.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor.
• Proficiency with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Assist in the management of office supplies and maintaining an organized and presentable reception area.
• Handle minor updates to the company's website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Provide basic administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure the smooth running of the office and execution of daily tasks.
• Support HR with scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings by scheduling, setting up conference rooms, and arranging catering services.
