Qualifications and Skills
- 10 years of experience in machining operations
- Experienced in Small scale industry
- Proficient in NPD (New Product Development), costing, and PPC (Production Planning and Control)
- Strong knowledge of Machining Processes, Technical aspects, and Automobile industry trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- CNC Machining Knowledge
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the machining department to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and optimize machining processes to enhance productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development and costing initiatives
- Implement and oversee Production Planning and Control (PPC) activities
- Utilize technical expertise in machining processes, particularly in the Automobile industry
