To provide guests with professional and high-quality treatments in line with spa treatment training provided. To ensure guests experience is maximized through treatments and retail. Assist team colleagues at all times.

·      Perform professional treatments according to standards provided with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.

·      Advise guests of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa.

·      Assist in promoting spa products to guests and offer full product knowledge.

·      To notify spa management of spa product replenishment

·      Ensure treatment rooms after every use is left clean and tidy inline with SOP

·      Ensure all treatment rooms are fully set up before beginning a treatment according to standards and procedures.

·      To report any guest related matters, technical service requests, etc as appropriate

·      Assist in keeping accurate written records of treatments and products used in view of repeat guests.

·      Participate in on-going training as required and continue to enhance your skills

·      To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag and follow good hygiene habits at all times.

·       To replenish all necessary items in the treatment room as required

·      To assist in strict inventory
