Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Relationship Manager for a Junior level position in our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and driving sales initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, and Kakinada. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or client relationship management.
- Proficiency in insurance sales (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Sound knowledge of the technology and software consulting industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business targets.
- Highly organized with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to address client queries and provide updates on project progress.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance trends.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and updates to offer knowledgeable advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for client engagement and retention.
