Role and Responsibilities

Conduct Transaction quality audits

· Provide Transaction Quality Metrics

· Provide Feedback and suggestions for Process improvement

· Publish Dashboards at defined intervals

· Conduct Root Cause Analysis for Process Deviations

· Drive Quality Initiatives

· Provide data inputs to internal stake holders
