The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Responsible for " site execution works, -interacting with civil vendors, and contractors for execution works.
• Technically strong in handling all Civil & Finishing –Fundamentals, as per the IS-standard.
• Good in Site co –ordination, identification and resolving the Civil & Finishing issues.
• Responsible to plan the activities, in co-ordination with Design team, contractors, various vendors for day to day work progress.
• Good in interior works, for any up gradation and refurbishment works.
• Good in Measurement & material knowledge.
• Monitoring day to day work progress. - Structural & Civil Finishing activities.
• Good command over the vendors / Consultants, to get the quality works
• Responsible for timely completion of the assigned project, and follow -up works.
• Ability to own multy task & risk management.
• Overall responsible for execution of the project and Pro actively completion of the works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Must be from Interior Background
