Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate products and services.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
· Provide accurate information to clients about available properties, pricing, and payment options.
· Understand clients' requirements and preferences to offer tailored solutions that meet their needs.
· Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property visits and facilitate the sales process.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis.
· Document all client interactions and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
· Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate.
· Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
· Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for managing client interactions and sales activities.
· Prior experience in real estate sales or related industry is an added advantage.
· Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
