Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resources Executive to join our team at Devout Tech Consultants Pvt Ltd. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, onboarding, and payroll. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.

Qualifications and Skills

• - 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or a related field
• - Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• - Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office
• - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• - Conduct new employee onboarding programs, ensuring smooth integration into the company
• - Handle employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and create a positive work environment
• - Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing any concerns or grievances
• - Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
• - Maintain and update HR records and documentation
• - Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
