Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team at Devout Tech Consultants Pvt Ltd. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will also play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring employee satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role for 1-3 years
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Create and implement effective performance management systems to track employee progress and development
• Handle employee relations, address any concerns or issues, and maintain a positive work environment
• Assist in organizing company-wide events and employee engagement initiatives
• Keep abreast of HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, attendance, leaves, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs for employees
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
