Position Title: Online Bidder

Experience : 1 to 3 years.

Job Type: Night Shift & Evening Shift.

Job Level: Full Time.

Location: Mohali, Punjab.

Job Overview:

We seek an efficient and skilled online Bidder to join our team at Devout Tech Consultants. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, bidding on various online platforms, Upwork, Guru and PPH. and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of online bidding platforms, and a knack for winning projects.

Key Responsibilities Areas:

1. Generate business through online portals like Upwork, PPH & Guru.
2. Find the right jobs and write proposals for them.
3. Analyze client requirements and project specifications.
4. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for bidding.
6. Negotiate with clients to close deals successfully.
7. We require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Work closely with the technical and project management teams to understand deliverables and timelines for accurate project estimations.
9. Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure proper branding and visibility on bidding platforms.
10. Prepare and present reports on bidding activity, project outcomes, and revenue targets.
11. Experience with Pre- Sales. Having experience in Post- Sales can be a plus.
12. Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: +12th Pass,Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in online bidding or business development.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, PPH & Guru..).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and technologies (e.g., web development, mobile apps, software solutions).
• Ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
