The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing Online & Offline marketing campaigns that promote Top-10 Stores. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing as well Offline Marketing and be an expert with a range of online marketing tools and techniques including performance marketing. This position reports to the COO with exposure to working with top management. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content for marketing campaigns. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

 

1.    Strategy Development:

·      Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

·      Identify and prioritize key digital channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to achieve marketing objectives.

2.    Content Management:

·      Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and relevant content across various digital platforms.

·      Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

3.    Paid Advertising:

·      Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.

·      Optimize ad spend and ad creative to achieve desired outcomes.

4.    Team Leadership:

·      Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with department goals.

·      Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

5.    Budget Management:

·      Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.

·      Monitor expenses and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI.

6.    Market Research:

·      Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

·      Apply market insights to refine marketing strategies.
