Graphic Designer Role Summary:
Leads the design language and creation of assets across all formats, media, channels and brands of TOP-10. Research and analyses of trends in respect to ads, social media posts, emailers, offline communications within the concerned categories, to create impactful and innovative creatives and designs which adhere to industry standards and brand guide-liness.
Responsibilities & Capability:
• Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy and Business Development to build short term and long-term design solutions basis briefs and business needs
• Oversee and undertake conceptualization of design projects
• Develop concepts and design process for various brand projects, particularly for Brand Identity, Integrated Campaign Development, Creative Direction, Media and Communication deployments
• Define and create visual language for internal communication and brand communication
• Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion
• Practice Idea conception, design and sometimes execution of digital visuals to be used in online advertising and digital marketing, as well as offline formats
• Ensure the design team is producing quality work and pushing for innovation
• Conceptualize original and unique designs and illustrations
• Ensure the products created are consumer-friendly and convey brand consistency
• Choose the right images, typography, graphics, and layouts for the project
• Creative asset and graphic design production for offline and online needs, including exporting designs across various formats, generating simple motion graphics, ensuring digital compliance for web usage and resizing layouts across mediums
• Maintain the filing structure and project work archival process on team's digital asset management system
· Develop designs for new packaging related projects
• Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices
Capabilities and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or related courses in visual communication or any other design related field
• Portfolio demonstrating experience with designing branded content,
experiences, marketing campaigns and web designs
• Strong capabilities of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Corel DRAW, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Video editing software is a big plus
• Ability to work with cross functional
· Knowledge of offline printing processes and colour matching guidelines
• Ability to create digital and physical assets from social media posts to
merchandise such as calendars, caps, T-shirts etc
• Ability to create concepts and create visual assets with limited direction
• Strong communication skills with a growth and learning mindset
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make thoughtful decisions while building design based solutions
• Attention to detail, great sense of design, and commitment to beautiful content and user experiences
• Willingness to learn and adapt new tool
• Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills
Previous Work Experience Requirements
• 4+ years of experience working within a creative / design environment at an agency or brand
· Worked on digital and social content
· Worked on creation of offline media such as Posters, Banners, danglers
· Packaging development projects such as creation of label and brand identity projects
