Job Description:
A Telly Caller, is responsible for making outbound calls to prospects explaining business model, recording interest, filtering the leads and forwarding the leads to higher authority for closure
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling
Make a specified number of outbound calls per day to prospects and existing clientele.
Customer Engagement
Introduce the company and explain model to prospects over the phone.
Sales
The person would be interacting with people from top management so they should be comfortable explaining the model and following up with people of that calibre.
Data Entry
Accurately record clients information and interactions in the company’s database.
Follow-Up
Schedule follow-up calls and manage client callbacks.
Lead Filtration:
Should be able to segregate the High prospect leads from the cold leads.
Customer Service:
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
*Requirements:*
Experience
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, for a minimum of 2 years.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, MS office and phone systems.
Problem-Solving
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
