Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Recruiter with a focus on US staffing to join our team. The role is based in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing top talent for various positions across different industries.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in recruitment, particularly focusing on US recruitment (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong expertise in US staffing and understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent client coordination skills to effectively manage client relationships and expectations.
  • Adept in handling non-IT recruitment processes for diverse industries.
  • Proficiency in various recruitment tools and methodologies to identify top talent efficiently.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screening resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that meet the job requirements and company needs.
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Managing client relationships by providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintaining an updated database of candidate profiles for future job openings.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience from the first point of contact through to final placement.
