Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors promptly, ensuring a positive first impression
• Answer and direct phone calls, while managing call logs and messages accurately
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure it is organized and presentable at all times
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as required
• Handle inquiries from clients and employees, providing information and assistance as needed
• Ensure proper maintenance and usage of office equipment
