Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, senior-level position that requires 7 to 10 years of experience in various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, training and development, and HR compliance. As a critical member of our team, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our human resource strategies to meet the evolving needs of the industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in employee relations to maintain a positive workplace environment and address employee needs and concerns (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in training and development to foster employee growth and enhance overall performance (Mandatory skill).
  • Thorough understanding of HR compliance to ensure all policies and procedures meet legal and regulatory requirements (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition to source and hire the best candidates who fit the company culture and requirements.
  • Strong performance management skills to oversee employee evaluations and set development plans for improvement.
  • Adept in conflict resolution to handle and mediate disputes efficiently and equitably.
  • Strategic planning abilities to align HR strategies with business goals and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and convey HR policies and procedures.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day functions of the HR department, including employee relations, compliance, and development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a thorough and effective hiring process.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and advance their career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary to maintain legal standards.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Provide guidance and counseling to employees on HR-related issues and foster a positive organizational culture.
