Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment process
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and offer management abilities
• Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively
• Experience in data management and reporting
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, job portals)
• Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Create and update job descriptions
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple job positions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Negotiate salary and contractual terms with candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activity
• Stay up-to-date with current recruitment trends and best practices
