Job Overview
We are seeking a US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team at DevCare Solutions. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment process and sourcing strategies
- Experience in screening and assessing technical candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and select qualified IT professionals through various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, interpersonal skills, and cultural fit
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Negotiate and present offers of employment to successful candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices to attract top IT talent
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment processes and systems
