Job Overview


We are seeking a US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team at DevCare Solutions. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
  • Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment process and sourcing strategies
  • Experience in screening and assessing technical candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source, screen, and select qualified IT professionals through various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, interpersonal skills, and cultural fit
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Negotiate and present offers of employment to successful candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices to attract top IT talent
  • Collaborate with the HR team to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment processes and systems
