Experience: fresher/6 - 3 Years experience in Motor insurance/Health Insurance /Digital Sales Insurance

Telesales in Bpo industry preferred

Graduate with excellent comms and Selling skills 

Salary : Grad fresher(only Bhandup location)upto 16-17k net 

Exp: upto 23k net + unlimited incentives 

good comms skills required + selling quality 

Any 2 week off 

Shift : Day shift ( 8:00am to 11pm any 8 hr)

Position Grade Assistant Manager

- Graduates only can apply (Any except BSC IT, MBA/CA/Dr.)

- 1-2 years with 6 months which should to be in customer service role - Understanding of

call center industry an advantage

- Candidates with excellent comms (B29) with basic computer knowledge needed.

> Key requirement

To Attend the inbound calls of customers in Retail Liabilities and process the queries & requests to

customer's satisfaction

 To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer's call

 Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and

service benchmarks.

- Shift Timings : Rotational Males - 24*7 , Females - 7 am to 8 pm (Any 9 hours)

- Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with 9hours shift

- Salary : Up to 3,00,000 LPA

- Age - Up to 30 years

- No transportation facility.
