Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Counsellor to join our team in Mumbai, Malad. The position is a full-time, junior-level role, ideal for individuals with up to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. As a Counsellor, you will play a key role in enhancing client relationships and supporting our mission to grow businesses online.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a counsellor (Mandatory skill) in a professional setting, with a focus on engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Experience in handling front desk tasks (Mandatory skill) ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support when needed.
  • Proficiency in managing reception duties (Mandatory skill), including greeting clients and directing them appropriately.
  • Exceptional active listening skills to understand clients' challenges and provide appropriate solutions and support.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate information and build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness in addressing client concerns.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Front sales experience for effectively engaging potential clients and generating interest in our digital services.
