Position Grade Assistant Manager
- Graduates only can apply (Any except BSC IT, MBA/CA/Dr.)
- 1-2 years with 6 months which should to be in customer service role - Understanding of
call center industry an advantage
- Candidates with excellent comms (B29) with basic computer knowledge needed.

To Attend the inbound calls of customers in Retail Liabilities and process the queries & requests to
customer &;satisfaction
To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer&;s call
Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and
service benchmarks.
- Shift Timings : Rotational Males - 24*7 , Females - 7 am to 8 pm (Any 9 hours)
- Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with 9hours shift
- Salary : Up to 3,00,000 LPA
- Age - Up to 30 years
- No transportation facility.
- Transportation boundaries : Kurla - Kalyan (Can consider Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Badlapur) , Airoli to Seawoods.
No western line
- - Rounds of Interview : HR, TL, Team Manager round.
