Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in handling accounts and ensuring accurate financial data management.
• Strong understanding of goods and services tax including the rules and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with TALLY software for managing accounts efficiently.
• Ability to prepare and review tax returns to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Expertise in GST filing processes with a keen eye for detail to minimize errors.
• Knowledge of accounting principles to maintain precise financial records.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Motivation to update skills and stay current with changes in accounting regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records accurately using accounting software like TALLY.
• Prepare and file GST returns in adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and data entry.
• Assist in preparing tax documents and submissions to authorities as required.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and ensure alignment with financial accounts.
• Support the finance department in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues under the guidance of senior accountants.
• Contribute to developing financial reports and presentations for internal use.
