Key Responsibilities

  4. Efficient Batch Coordination: Seamlessly manage live sessions, ensuring a supportive learning environment for all participants.
  5. Nurturing Connections: Cultivate supportive relationships with learners and mentors, offering encouragement and assistance tailored to their growth and well-being.
  6. Responsive Query Handling: Provide attentive support, understanding and addressing concerns promptly to facilitate a smooth learning experience.
  7. Engagement in Dtalks Community: Actively participate in discussions, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration within the community.
  8. Stakeholder and Task Management: Maintain transparent communication, understanding and aligning with stakeholders' expectations.
  9. Team Management: Maintain the productivity and training of junior executives to contribute to overall team goals
