Key Responsibilities


  1. Business Development & Sales Managment: Manage P/L for assigned B2C/B2B product tracks, develop business plans, and collaborate with management on sales goals and strategy. Lead lead-generation efforts with marketing, identify business opportunities, and manage sales team performance. Provide reports, resolve team challenges, and improve processes. Oversee vendor relationships, train BD teams, support recruitment, and engage learners and mentors through Dtalks.
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong lead pipeline for B2C and B2B product tracks, counsel prospects, and manage sales to achieve targets. Provide strategic insights for new opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with marketing to shape customer-focused strategies. Implement up-selling and referral strategies, and mentor junior BD team members, guiding their professional growth.
  3. Learning Experience Management: Ensure effective management of live batches to deliver a high-quality learning experience. Foster strong relationships with learners and mentors, addressing their queries and promoting community engagement. Track attendance and report session observations to HQ while actively interacting with learners through Dtalks to enhance their overall experience.
  4. Space Management: Manage relationships with space partners to ensure efficient infrastructure use while optimizing cost-effectiveness. Oversee the maintenance of Designerrs' space assets and infrastructure, ensuring they meet operational needs. Regularly report on improvements in space experience and operational efficiency to HQ, highlighting any necessary adjustments for continued effectiveness.
  5. Nurturing Connections: Cultivate supportive relationships with learners and mentors, offering encouragement and assistance tailored to their growth and well-being.
  6. Responsive Query Handling: Provide attentive support, understanding and addressing concerns promptly to facilitate a smooth learning experience.
  7. Engagement in Dtalks Community: Actively engage in the Dtalks community by participating in discussions and fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration among members. Encourage open dialogue and sharing of ideas to strengthen community ties and promote a supportive environment for all participants.
  8. Stakeholder and Task Management: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of their expectations and aligning efforts accordingly. Foster open dialogue to facilitate collaboration and address any concerns, promoting a productive and trusting relationship that supports project and organizational goals.
  9. Team Management: Ensure the productivity and training of junior executives to align with and contribute to overall team goals. Provide ongoing support and mentorship, fostering their professional growth while enhancing team performance and collaboration.

  6. Experience in Startup Environments: Previous exposure to working in startup settings, showcasing adaptability, resilience, and a proactive mindset in navigating dynamic and innovative organizational structures.
  7. Bonus: Understanding of UX/UI Design Principles and Market: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, coupled with an understanding of market dynamics.
