Job Overview

DesignCafe is seeking a Junior Carpenter to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a Junior Carpenter, you will be an integral part of our home interior projects, working closely with our design team to deliver high-quality and customized interior solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Interpret and read blueprints and sketches to fully grasp the design requirements.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to exact dimensions as specified.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim accurately.
• Work with designers and other construction professionals to complete projects to highest standards.
• Ensure all work is conducted with strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain and utilize all carpentry tools and equipment responsibly.
• Inspect products and conduct minor repairs to enhance durability and quality.
• Provide an exceptional level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
