Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in accounting, including a strong background in TDS and GST compliance, audit assistance, and team management. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and leading a team to achieve departmental goals.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance, including preparation and submission of returns.
• Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure the company's adherence to these changes.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.
• Coordinate and oversee team activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
