Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in space planning to ensure efficient use of available space and meet client's requirements.
• Strong skills in furniture design, including custom furniture concepts and specifications.
• Expertise in lighting design to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of interiors.
• Ability to select appropriate materials and finishes that align with the design concept and client's preferences.
• Experience in project management to oversee design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Excellent client communication skills to effectively understand and interpret client needs, and present design concepts.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for creating precise and detailed technical drawings.
• Familiarity with SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualizing interior spaces.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and present interior design concepts and plans that align with the client's vision and requirements.
• Conduct site evaluations to assess and measure spaces, ensuring accuracy in design implementation.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for architectural and construction purposes.
• Select and specify furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes for projects, maintaining design integrity.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
