• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred with a minimum of 2 years experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry will be considered.
• Proven track record of supporting a sales team and achieving customer satisfaction.

Sales Executive / Manager:-

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Responsible for generating volume budget for all the products.
• Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to ensure project success
• Delivering on Profitability & Volume Growth
• Regularizing Credit and Collection for Generated Accounts.
• Specific Management Projects as assigned.
• ROI Expected 3-4 times of CTC

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Freight forwarding, or a related field (MBA Preferred).
• Proven track record of success in business development within the freight forwarding industry, with 5-8 years of experience.
• The average stint over a career span must be MIN 3 years, we don't want job-hopping candidates as we are looking for stability.
