We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our market presence.


Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Waliv, Vasai (East), Palghar

Reports To: Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential customers in various industries, including HVAC, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and more.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our Air Cool Water Chillers, Air Dryers, and Filters.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Sales Administration:
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to customers.
  • Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Provide input on product development and improvements based on customer feedback and market demand.


Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven 2-5 experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in the industrial equipment or HVAC industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of Air Cool Water Chillers, Air Dryers, and Filters.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
