Processing Visa Application for Study Abroad

·      Must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

·      Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.

·      Consultant must be able to help the client to obtain Visas and other documentation required

·      Must have thorough knowledge on the immigration requirements and process for study visa application

·      Should verify the documentation to avoid documentation errors and rejections

·      Should provide visa interview training for the clients via face to face or google meet

·      Giving advises on medical test centers and immigration requirement

·      Giving professional advise on PCC application and passport renewal if its close to expiry

·      Verification of fund requirements and other supporting documents such as bank loan approvals.

Processing Visa Application of CAP files

·      Verifying the documents and situation of the client and processing the application with ensuring quality.

·      Communicating with the client to provide missing documents with a solution/alternative option if any

·      Liaising with third party agents in processing required documents for the clients.

·      Communicating with the licensed immigration advisor for the application processing

·      Assisting the partner and family of the client for the family visa application

·      Processing Application with priority for OET expiring clients

·      Giving advises on medical test centers and immigration requirements

·      Giving professional advise on PCC application and passport renewal if its close to expiry

·      Verification of fund requirements and other supporting documents such as bank loan approvals.
