  • Attends to incoming and outgoing guests in the restaurant.
  • Takes guest orders when necessary and ensures effective execution of the same.
  • Ensures that all guests are properly attended to and service is imparted to their satisfaction.
  • Clear the tables vacated by the guests at the earliest, to ensure quick turnover.
  • Ensures that trolleys and tables are properly set up and adequate stock of tables, trays and sauces is maintained.
  • Help increase the average check by recommending and convincing the guests.
  • Clears room service trays / tables and relay the tray / table for second turnover.
  • Monitors and ensures smooth operations of assigned section.
  • Maintains consistency in quality of F&B service / cleanliness of section/s appointed.
  • Obtains customer feedback during operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handles minor complaints and reports them to the Manager for proper action.
  • Checks set-up prior to start of operations.
  • Checks cleanliness of section/s prior to and after service.
  • Ensures cooperation and smooth communication between staff within assigned section/s and other sections/departments.
  • Checks inventory in assigned section/s for daily requisition.
  • Respects his/her superiors, addresses him/her with due titles, accepts requests without questioning, cooperates unselfishly, and be a good team worker.
  • Ensures that all service standards are always followed.
  • Behaves in a friendly and hospitable manner to all guests, customers and staffs.
  • Performs all assigned duties efficiently, technically correct, follows Company policies, rules and regulations, requests of Superiors, adheres to procedures and achieve a high standard leading to total guest and Company satisfaction.
  • Updates oneself and follow security/fire/safety procedures according to Company’s rules and regulations.
  • Attends departmental meeting and training when requested.
  • Always be clean and properly dressed while on duty. Ensures at all times to have short and clean fingernails; have trimmed and clean haircut for men and moderate brushing for women and be aware of personal hygiene at all times.
  • Ensures no visible piercing other than regular female stud earrings to be seen whilst on duty.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
